Virtual Schedule

Our classes focus on mobility, muscle strengthening, balance, and flexibility specifically designed for Older Adults and adults with disabilities. 

  • Always Active – Monday to Friday, 10 am- 11 am
  • On Tuesday and Thursday the Always Active will be led in Spanish and English. Everyone is welcomed!   10 am – 11 am
  • Fall Prevention – Monday and Thursday from, 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

As you know, we are currently dealing with the issue of the Coronavirus or COVID-19. As an organization, we are taking preventative measures and have determined that it is best to suspend all large group and in person activities until further notice.  In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you virtually!
