- Covers goal setting, problem-solving, mind-body techniques, better breathing, healthy eating, physical activity, communication, and the importance of good sleep.
- Chronic Pain Self-Management Program:
- Geared towards adults dealing with chronic pain.
- 6-week in-person workshop on Chronic Pain Self-Management developed by Stanford University School of Medicine.
- Empowers participants with tools for goal setting, building confidence, easy movement techniques, better breathing, healthy eating, physical activity, communication, and the importance of good sleep.
